By requesting home healthcare services through Accumedis, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Medical Services & Home Healthcare (Patient Rules)

• Service Requests & Notice: Patient care cases must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Minimum Nurse Rotation: To ensure proper work-rest balance and days off, Accumedis accepts patient cases only when a minimum of 3 nurses are assigned to rotate on the case. Multiple nurses will not be present on a single shift unless explicitly required by the medical scenario.
• Cancellations: Patients must notify Accumedis at least 24 hours prior to the start of a shift to cancel or reschedule service. Last-minute cancellations are strictly non-refundable and subject to administrative fees.
• Environment Standards: The patient's home and care setting must be kept clean, sanitary, and suitable for clinical nursing activities.
• No Ambulance Services: Accumedis does not operate or provide ambulance transit services at this time.
• Non-Bypassing & Direct Engagement Clause: Both Patients and Nurses remain free to engage with other healthcare providers, agencies, or clients outside of Accumedis. However, Patients and Nurses are strictly prohibited from entering into direct, private, or off-platform care arrangements with each other once an introduction or assignment has been made through Accumedis.
• Any arrangement where a Patient directly hires, contracts, or pays an Accumedis-assigned Nurse—or where a Nurse accepts private employment from an Accumedis Patient—without written authorization from Accumedis is a direct breach of contract. Violations will result in immediate termination of services, platform banning, and potential legal action to recover damages.
• Supervisory & Quality Assurance Visits: To maintain high standards of care and ensure protocol compliance, Accumedis field supervisors may conduct periodic quality assurance visits at the patient’s home during active shifts. While the patient is notified in advance that these supervisory visits are a standard component of Accumedis services, individual visits may occur on an unannounced schedule during active care hours.

Information We Collect

We collect essential personal information when you request nursing care. This includes name, email address, phone number, physical home address in Lebanon, and clinical shift assessment notes collected for nursing care management.

How We Use Your Information

Your details are strictly used to coordinate nurse rotations and verify clinical logs. Nursing assessment logs are maintained confidentially for patient safety.

Non-Disclosure & Security

Accumedis does not sell, lease, or trade personal or clinical information to third parties. Unlawful private arrangements or policy breaches may result in disclosure to legal authorities for enforcement.
